This policy explains what BR Web Designers collects when you use this website, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.
When you send a form. The contact, consultation and work request forms collect what you type into them: your name, email address, and depending on the form your phone number, business name, current website, what you need and your timeline. Nothing is collected that you have not typed in.
When you create an account. The client portal collects your name, email address and a password. Passwords are handled by Memberstack and are never visible to me.
Server logs. This site is hosted by Webflow, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses. That is a function of hosting rather than something I set up.
There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers on this site. Nobody is following you around the internet because you visited it.
Form submissions are stored by Webflow, the platform this site runs on. Account details are stored by Memberstack, which handles logins. Both are processors acting on my behalf. Your information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else.
If you are a client, the portal shows your project status: stage, progress, milestones and notes about the work. Nothing sensitive is kept there. Passwords, invoices, contracts and account credentials are never stored in the portal.
Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to keep them, such as an ongoing conversation or an active project, and are removed when there is not. Client accounts last as long as you want the account.
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form and say so plainly; you do not need to phrase it formally or cite anything.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
