Project on hold. Reached out to client about outstanding items to finish before launch and have not received a response back. Will continue when ready. Target date extended until end of the month

Not started yet. Your project is booked in and sitting in the queue. Progress, milestones and previews will appear here the moment discovery begins.
A preview link will appear here once the build reaches a stage where your feedback is genuinely useful. Sharing it earlier tends to mean reacting to an unfinished page.

These are the things I need from you. The build waits on them, so the sooner they land the sooner the next stage starts. If something here is unclear, reply and ask.

  • Send your domain login. Wherever the domain is registered — GoDaddy, Squarespace, Namecheap, whoever you bought it from — I need access to point it at your new site. If you would rather not hand over a password, most registrars let you add me as a user on the account instead. Either way works.
  • Send a PDF of your juice menu. You asked for a download link on the site, so send the menu over and I will add it. If you only have it as a photo or a Word document, send that and I will turn it into a PDF for you.
    • Worth knowing before we do: the juice menu already on your website is the live one, and it is what customers actually order from. A PDF is a second, separate copy — good for printing or texting to someone, but it cannot update itself. The moment you change a price or add a juice, the two disagree. So if anything on the menu changes, tell me and I will update both together. Otherwise the PDF quietly goes out of date and someone orders at last month's price.
  • Send your class details: times, prices, and what to bring. Without them the training section can only say so much, so anyone who wants to join has to fill in the form and wait to hear back from you. Even a rough schedule turns that into someone signing up on the spot.
  • Set up your Google Business Profile. This is what puts you on Google Maps and in the “near me” results. It is free, and only you can create it. About fifteen minutes:
    • Go to google.com/business and sign in with the Google account you want to own the listing.
    • Search for From sKratch first. Google sometimes creates a listing on its own, and if one already exists you want to claim it rather than make a second one.
    • For category, pick Juice shop, then add Personal trainer as a second category.
    • If there is no storefront customers walk into, choose service area instead of an address and set it to Richmond and the 757.
    • Add your phone number and hours. Leave the website field empty for now — I will add the link once we are live.
    • Verify. Google will either ask for a short video of your setup or mail you a postcard. This is the slow part, sometimes a couple of weeks, so start it before launch rather than after.
  • Hosting gets paid at launch. I will send you the exact cost and the payment link before anything goes live, so nothing is charged by surprise.
